Keep foodpanda for new customers, bring regulars to your page
A common way to cut commission is to stay on foodpanda for reach and give your regulars a reason to order direct: put your own ordering link on your bags, receipts, WhatsApp status and Instagram, and reward repeat orders with loyalty points.
With Café QR's Plus plan (Rs 6,000 a month) the direct orders cost nothing extra per order, whatever their size. On Pro, foodpanda orders join the same kitchen queue, so the kitchen has one screen for both.

foodpanda doesn't publish its commission; your package and rate are shown when you register. Before you sign, ask for the commission rate, the onboarding fee, how often you are paid, and the notice needed to leave, and keep the answers.

Yes. Café QR's Plus plan (Rs 6,000 a month) gives you your own delivery and collection page, with your areas and charges, saved addresses and your own riders, and no commission on orders.
Can I use Café QR and foodpanda together?
Yes. On the Pro plan, foodpanda orders appear on the same kitchen screen and printer as your till, table and delivery-page orders, so the kitchen works from one queue.
