Each location connects its own Stripe account and QR payments are processed on it. You’re the merchant, we provide the software, and Stripe pays out to your bank on your account’s schedule. No processing markup from us.

How much does Café QR cost in the US?
Order & Pay is $9.99 per location, per month. Add your own online ordering page for $14.99, get the full POS for $39, or run several locations on Multi-site for $59. Billed in US dollars, with one month free and no card needed to start.
Do you take a cut of each order?
No. You pay the monthly price and nothing per order. Guest card payments go into your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rate; we add no processing markup.
How does it handle sales tax?
You enter your combined state and local rate once. Menu prices stay as you list them and the tax shows as its own line on the bill and receipt, the way US guests expect.
Can guests add a tip?
Yes. Tips can be added when paying, recorded against the order, and shown in your reports so you can share them out.
Can I keep my card terminal?
Yes, and for now you need to: built-in card readers are UK only. Take the payment on the terminal you have and tap Card on the register to record it. Guests can still pay by card from the QR menu.
Does it work alongside Toast, Square or Clover?
Yes. Many venues start with QR ordering at the table and the kitchen screen, and keep their current POS at the counter while they try it.
