Where we are
We are based in Liverpool, a few hours from Cardiff by train, so setup is a screen-share in UK hours: we build the menu and till with you, lay out the floor plan and stay on while you put a test sale through.

Event days at the stadium
The stadium sits in the middle of the city, so a rugby international or a big concert fills the centre, the arcades and the streets around them for the whole day, not just at kick-off. The same café that is quiet midweek can be full from mid-morning on an event day.
Till sales, waiter-app orders and orders from the QR on each table all reach one kitchen screen in the order they were placed, with timers that turn amber and then late. When something runs out, one tap hides it from the till, the table menu and your online page at once.

Neighbourhood cafés that live on regulars
Away from the centre, cafés in Pontcanna and Canton, along City Road and Albany Road in Roath, or down at the Bay trade mostly on the same faces each week. Knowing who they are matters more than another listing on a delivery app.
On the POS plan you get your own order page for collection and delivery with no commission, and guests who opt in join a customer list that belongs to the café. Loyalty stamps and messages to that list are yours to use; we never market to them ourselves.

Menu items, descriptions and categories are whatever you type, so a dish listed in Welsh and English reads on the till, the kitchen screen and the guest's phone exactly as you wrote it. Allergen fields sit on every item.

Order & Pay, just QR ordering and the kitchen screen, is £9.99. The first month is free with no card needed, and there is no setup fee or per-order commission.
