Café QR is a cloud POS for independent cafés, restaurants, bars and pubs in the UK: till, kitchen screens, table ordering, payments and loyalty in one system.
What Café QR does
Staff ring up sales on a browser-based till or a waiter’s phone, with cash or card, tabs and cash-up. Guests can also order and pay from a table QR code or the venue’s own online page. Every order appears on the kitchen screen, or prints as a ticket.
After ordering, guests can separately choose whether to join the café’s loyalty list. Marketing messages are for people who have opted in, and they can unsubscribe.
How payments work
Payments use Stripe Connect. Each café connects its own Stripe account and remains the merchant. Café QR provides the software and does not hold or touch guest funds.
