Café QR is table-ordering, payment and loyalty software for independent cafés and coffee shops in the UK.
What Café QR does
Guests scan a table QR code, choose from the café’s menu, order and pay on their phone. Paid orders appear on a browser-based screen for café staff.
After ordering, guests can separately choose whether to join the café’s loyalty list. Marketing messages are for people who have opted in, and they can unsubscribe.
How payments work
Payments use Stripe Connect. Each café connects its own Stripe account and remains the merchant. Café QR provides the software and does not hold or touch guest funds.
