Your own delivery riders and ordering on your website

Guests order collection or delivery on your own order page, for as soon as possible or a time later today, and pay by card through your own Stripe account. Share the link on Google, Instagram and your own site.

Put your menu on your own website with a piece of code from the dashboard. It shows today's menu and prices, so a price change shows there at once, and Order now opens your order page. Your refund, privacy and terms pages are written for you from your business details.

• ✓Collection or delivery, now or later today
• ✓A live menu on your own website
• ✓Checkout policy pages written for you

Draw your delivery area as a list of postcode areas, districts or sectors, for example CH, CH2 or CH2 1, and give each zone its own delivery fee and minimum order. A guest outside your zones is told you don't deliver there before they order. Outside the UK, guests choose their zone by name.

• ✓Fee and minimum order per zone
• ✓Postcode area, district or sector
• ✓VAT on the delivery fee worked out

Delivery orders reach the kitchen screen with the others. On the Deliveries board you assign a rider, send the order out when it is ready and mark it delivered.

Each rider has their own link to open on their phone: no app to install and no login. New runs appear by themselves with the customer's name, address, a link to open the map, the items, any note, and the cash to collect if the customer is paying on the door.

• ✓Assign, send out, mark delivered
• ✓Rider link with map and cash to collect
• ✓No app for riders to install

Many takeaways keep Uber Eats, Deliveroo or Just Eat for new customers and move regulars to their own page. Delivery app orders can land on the same kitchen screen, so the kitchen works from one queue.

Online ordering and delivery is £5 a month as an add-on, £14.99 a month as Order & Pay + Delivery, and included in the POS plan (£39) and Multi-site. Stripe's card processing charges apply to card payments.

Orders are for today only. Guests don't see a live map of their rider, and Café QR doesn't supply riders or list you on a delivery marketplace.
