Business Development Executive. UK and Pakistan.

You will win new café and restaurant customers in two markets. In the UK, cafés add Café QR beside the till they already have. In Pakistan, we offer a full POS built for local needs, including PRA e-invoicing. You find the leads, start the conversations, run the demos and close the deals.

Most of your hours overlap with the UK working day: roughly 1pm to 10pm Pakistan time (2pm to 11pm during UK winter time).

What you will do

Build lead lists of independent cafés, coffee shops and restaurants, starting with London, Manchester, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Dublin, plus Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad
Reach owners by phone, email, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp, with short, personal messages rather than mass campaigns
Run live online demos (Google Meet or Zoom) using our demo café
Help new cafés through sign-up and their free trial, and turn trials into paying customers
Follow up with every lead until there is a clear yes or no
Keep every lead, call and deal up to date in our CRM
Report weekly on calls, demos, trials and closed deals
Pass on what owners ask for, so we build what sells

What you need

2+ years in B2B sales, business development or inside sales, with targets you can show you hit
Fluent, confident spoken and written English; comfortable cold calling UK business owners
Fluent Urdu for the Pakistan market
Experience with cold calling and cold email, and resilience when the answer is no
A quiet place to work, a reliable laptop, fast internet and backup power (UPS or generator) so calls never drop
Organised and self-driven: you plan your own week and work without being chased
Comfortable learning software and showing it to non-technical owners

Nice to have

Sold SaaS, POS, payments or delivery-app services to restaurants, cafés or retailers
Experience selling into the UK or Ireland
Contacts among restaurant owners in Lahore, Karachi or Islamabad
Used a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho
Worked in a café or restaurant yourself
