The till is laid out in big buttons by category, with sizes and extras on one screen. Staff take a table's order on their phone in the waiter app, and it reaches the kitchen or bar station that makes it, with a timer.

Tables, courses and seats live on a floor plan, so anyone can see which tables are waiting, eating or ready to pay. Bills split equally or by what each person ordered.

Voids, discounts and refunds need a manager's PIN, and each one is kept with who did it and when. Cash-up counts the float and the drawer against what the till expected, and the day's takings go to Xero or QuickBooks with the Insights add-on.

Allergens, food-safety checklists and temperature logs sit in the same system, so an inspection is a few taps rather than a folder hunt.
