No. Café QR charges 0% on every order, including online delivery orders. Card payments go through your own Stripe account, where you are the merchant, and Stripe's processing charges apply: 1.5% + 20p online and 1.4% + 10p in person for standard UK cards. Premium and international cards cost more.
During the free month you get the full POS, with no card needed. Add a card to carry on with the plan you picked when you signed up. If you don't add one, your account pauses and you are not charged.
Order & Pay includes three staff logins per venue, the owner included, and POS includes ten. Multi-site has unlimited logins. Each login beyond what your plan includes is £3 a month.
Yes, at any time. Add-ons such as table bookings, the self-order kiosk or stock and recipes can be added on their own, priced per venue. If your add-ons come to more than a plan that includes them, you are billed for the plan instead. There is no setup fee and no contract.
Yes. Set the eat-in and takeaway VAT rate for each item with your accountant, and Café QR applies them to every order. It uses your rates, not HMRC classifications.
