Most QR ordering products take a percentage of each order, and every delivery app takes a much larger one. A percentage costs you more precisely as you get busier, which is the opposite of what you want from a supplier. Here is the same café on both models, at 2%.

What the plan includes
The monthly plan includes QR table ordering, the guest menu, the live barista screen, menu and modifier management, café branding, loyalty contacts and the owner dashboard.
It also includes 500 marketing messages per month. Usage beyond that allowance is pay-as-you-go rather than forcing the café onto another software tier.

Payment processing is separate
Café QR charges a 0% platform fee on guest orders. Stripe's standard payment-processing charges still apply and are paid to Stripe.
Each café connects its own Stripe account and remains the merchant. Café QR does not hold the guest's money or pay it out to the café.

Try the full ordering flow
The free trial lasts 14 days and does not require a card up front. It is intended to let the café set up its menu, table QRs and staff order screen before deciding whether to continue.
There is no setup fee, and the plan can be cancelled at any time.
