Common questions about integrations
- Do I pay Café QR a commission or fee to connect Stripe or Dojo?
- No. Café QR charges a 0% platform fee on payments. Guest and counter card payments go straight into your own Stripe or Dojo merchant account under your existing processing rates.
- How do Xero, QuickBooks and Sage accounting integrations work?
- Every night after cash-up, Café QR posts a single balanced daily journal into your Xero, QuickBooks Online or Sage Accounting account covering net sales, VAT, tips, service charges and each tender type.
- Can Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat orders appear on the Café QR kitchen screen?
- Yes. Delivery app orders are included in the POS and Multi-site plans, or £8 a month as an add-on. Today you connect them through your Deliverect or Otter account, or the Order API, and delivery tickets land on the same kitchen screen and printers as dine-in orders. Direct Uber Eats and Deliveroo connections, with no hub in between, are in final testing with Uber and Deliveroo and coming soon.
- Do Epson and Star kitchen printers need an iPad or bridge computer left switched on?
- No. Epson network printers and Star CloudPRNT printers receive tickets directly from Café QR without needing a dedicated tablet or local print-bridge server.
