Where Blink is ahead

Blink is built for chains: warehousing and food costing, its own branded ordering apps, rider management, and Foodpanda and tax integration on its $35 Integrated plan, where Café QR puts Foodpanda on Pro. Its tax reporting covers FBR, SRB, PRA, BRA and KPRA, where Café QR reports to PRA and FBR only, and Swich lets it take Raast QR and bank card payments, including at the door. If you run many branches with a central kitchen, or you are in Sindh, look closely at it.

Add up the products you need

Blink sells the POS, online ordering and rider management as separate products. A branch with BlinkPOS Integrated and an ordering website comes to $85 a month before riders (our sum of its listed prices), in US dollars, so the rupee cost moves with the exchange rate.

Ask about tax, payments and dine-in

Blink's tax integration is on the Integrated plan, not Starter, so check which plan your branch needs before you compare prices. Ask whether refunds go to the authority as credit notes, what Swich and JazzCash charge per payment, and whether guests can order from a QR code at the table, which its pages don't describe.
