How it works
From the till to the kitchen, and the table too.
Staff ring orders up on the till or a waiter’s phone, guests who would rather order themselves scan the code on their table, and every order reaches the same kitchen screen exactly as it was chosen.
16 seconds at table 7
Scan, order, pay. Straight to the kitchen.

What your staff do
- 01
Ring it up
Tap dishes on the till or a waiter's phone, pick half or full and the extras. The total is in rupees, with sales tax on its own line.
- 02
Send it to the kitchen
The order reaches the kitchen screen and printer with its table number. Pay later and it stays on the table's tab.
- 03
Take payment
Cash with the change worked out, Raast received, JazzCash, or card on your bank's machine, each at its own tax rate.
- 04
Cash up
At close, count the drawer against the float. The day's takings are split into cash, card and online.
For your kitchen
What the kitchen sees
- 01
The order appears
New orders show up on the kitchen screen with the table number, each dish and its options.
- 02
Mark it preparing
One tap tells the rest of your team the kitchen has started on it.
- 03
Mark it ready
Another tap when it's ready to go out, so waiters know what to carry to which table.
At the table
Guests can order themselves too
- 01
Scan the table's code
The phone's camera opens your menu in the browser. Nothing to install, no account to make.
- 02
Choose and customise
Guests browse by category, pick half or full, add extras and see the total in rupees as they go.
- 03
Pay or send to the counter
Pay by Raast from any bank or wallet app, with JazzCash, approving it in the JazzCash app, or send the order now and pay cash at the counter.
- 04
Food comes to the table
The order arrives in your kitchen with its table number, and your staff bring it out as usual.
Payments
The money goes straight to your account.
Raast payments land in the bank or wallet account you already have, and JazzCash payments in your JazzCash merchant account. The money never passes through us. Café QR is the software; we take no commission on your orders.
Card and cash taxed at their own rates
In Punjab a restaurant bill paid by card, wallet or QR is taxed at a lower rate than one paid in cash, and a system with a single tax rate gets one of the two wrong on every order. Café QR keeps a card rate and a cash rate for each restaurant.
An order paid at the counter is priced at your cash rate, and the guest's basket also shows what it comes to by card, so nobody is surprised. You set both rates yourself, so a change in the law is a change in your settings, not a wait for us.
PRA and FBR e-invoicing on every bill
Punjab requires restaurants above its turnover threshold to print bills through the Punjab Revenue Authority's e-invoicing system, with a QR code the guest can verify, and restaurants in Islamabad report to the Federal Board of Revenue. Café QR sends each paid bill to PRA or FBR, whichever the branch is registered with, and prints the invoice number and QR code on it. When you refund a sale, a credit note for the refunded amount goes to the same authority.
Add your POS ID and access token for each branch under Payments, test in the authority's sandbox, and switch to live once it approves you. The bill comes from the same till that took the order.

Ring up counter sales with cash, Raast or card on your bank's machine, keep a tab per table, split the bill and send everything to the kitchen.
Waiter app and floor plan (Plus plan)
Take orders at the table from a phone, see which tables are free, ordering or waiting to pay, and take table bookings.
Refunds and order history
Find any order, cancel an unpaid one or refund a paid one with a reason, and every refund comes off your takings.
QR menu and table ordering
Each table gets its own QR code, so every order arrives with its table number. Print the codes yourself on any printer.
Raast from any app
Guests send the money from JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay or any bank app, straight into the account you already have. Nothing new to sign up for.
JazzCash from the table
Connect your JazzCash merchant account and guests pay from their phone. The money goes to your account, not through us.
Cash at the counter
Guests who'd rather pay cash still order from the table and settle at the counter, at your cash tax rate.
Card and cash tax rates
Set a card rate and a cash rate, show prices with or without tax, and name it the way your bills do: GST, Sales tax or anything else.
PRA and FBR e-invoicing, with refund credit notes
Send paid bills to the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) or, in Islamabad, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and print the verified invoice number and QR code on receipts. A refund sends a credit note to the same authority.
Offline till for load shedding
When power cuts or internet disruptions hit, the till keeps taking cash and printing bills, syncing sales when back online.
Live kitchen screen
Orders appear on any phone, tablet or laptop in the kitchen, sorted New, Preparing and Ready. One tap moves each one along.
Half, full and extras
Half or full karahi, extra raita, less spicy: set up sizes and options with their own prices and let guests choose.
Menu changes in seconds
Change a price, add a special or mark a dish as finished for today yourself, without calling anyone. Or build the whole menu from a photo of your printed one.
Counter and takeaway QR
A QR code at the counter lets takeaway customers order without a table, and their phone tells them when it's ready to collect.
Delivery and collection (Plus plan)
Your own order page. Customers pick their area, give their full address and pay by JazzCash, Raast, cash or card at the door.
Phone and delivery orders (Plus plan)
Type the customer's number on the till and their saved address comes up, with the area's delivery charge. Pick a rider, and cash on delivery is left for them to collect.
Deals that apply themselves (Plus plan)
A burger, fries and a drink at one price: the deal applies by itself at the till, at the table and online, and never costs more than the dishes separately.
Open past midnight
Set a closing time such as 1 am or 3 am and guests can keep ordering into the night. Start your trading day at 4 am, and a 2 am sale counts in the night before's takings.
Daily takings in Pakistan time
See what each day brought in, in Pakistan time, closed off at midnight or at the hour your trading day starts, and download it for your accountant.
Promo codes
Run an offer for students, a quiet afternoon or a new dish, and switch it off again from your settings.
Your own customer list and points
After ordering, guests can choose to join your list. Members earn loyalty points on every order and spend them on rewards you set, and you can tell them about new dishes and offers.
Your branding
Add your logo and colour, and your guests see your restaurant's name and look on every page they order from.
