Café QR is a cloud POS for restaurants, cafés and takeaways: till, waiter app, kitchen screens, QR ordering and delivery in one system, priced in rupees and paid by Raast, JazzCash or cash.
What Café QR does
Staff ring up sales on a browser-based till or a waiter’s phone, with tabs, split bills and a daily cash-up. Guests can also order from a table QR code or your own delivery and collection page. Every order appears on the kitchen screen, or prints as a ticket.
In Punjab and Islamabad, each paid bill is reported to PRA or FBR with its invoice number and QR code, and refunds are sent as credit notes. Café QR isn’t connected to the Sindh Revenue Board yet.
How payments work
Guests pay by Raast from any bank or wallet app into your own Raast ID, or by JazzCash into your own merchant account, or in cash at the counter. The money never passes through us: Café QR is the software, and we take no commission on your orders.
Who we are
Café QR is built and run by a small team at a UK company, which also sells it to cafés, restaurants and pubs in the UK. The Pakistan site has its own prices in rupees and its own features: Raast, JazzCash, PRA and FBR e-invoicing, and card and cash tax rates.
We set every restaurant up ourselves, from a photo of the menu, and support is on WhatsApp.
