Most "best POS in Pakistan" articles are written by one vendor about itself. This guide compares the main restaurant POS systems sold in Pakistan using each company's own public pages, checked between 17 and 22 October 2026. We make one of the systems below, Café QR, so we say where the others are ahead. Where a vendor doesn't publish something, we say so rather than guess.
The short answer
- Lowest starting price: Websol Bawarchi, from Rs 1,500 a month, with QR ordering and tax integration as add-ons quoted on demand.
- Restaurant chains that want branded apps, riders and five tax authorities: Blink, from $25 per branch a month, with online ordering sold separately.
- Restaurants in Sindh or Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that need SRB or KPRA: CORN POS, Oscar POS or Blink, which list those authorities. Café QR reports to PRA and FBR only.
- A single price in rupees with the till, waiter app, kitchen screens, QR ordering, Raast and PRA or FBR e-invoicing included: Café QR, Rs 6,000 a month for the full POS, first month free.
What a restaurant in Pakistan needs from a POS
- The right tax authority. Punjab restaurants report to PRA, Islamabad to FBR, Sindh to SRB and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to KPRA. The POS must report to yours, and send a credit note when you refund.
- The payments guests use. Raast and wallets like JazzCash and Easypaisa, as well as cash and card.
- A plan for load shedding. Ask exactly what keeps working when the power or internet drops.
- Foodpanda and your own delivery, ideally on the same kitchen screen.
- A price you can add up. A low starting price can grow quickly with per-waiter, per-screen and per-branch add-ons.

Moneypex
Best for: a restaurant that wants a low starting price and only a few extras.
Moneypex Standard is Rs 3,500 a month, or Rs 37,800 a year, and lists stock, recipes and several branches. Much of what a restaurant uses on a normal night is an add-on: the waiter app (Rs 500), kitchen display (Rs 700), QR menu (Rs 500), web ordering (Rs 1,000) and FBR integration (Rs 1,000). With those five it comes to about Rs 7,200 a month by our sum of its listed prices. It offers a 7-day trial.
Oscar POS
Best for: restaurants that want SRB support and Foodpanda sync, and are comfortable paying per transaction.
Oscar says it is FBR, SRB and PRA ready, works offline and syncs Foodpanda orders. It publishes no plan prices: its payments page shows Rs 0 a month, a one-time device cost with no amount, and 2.6% plus Rs 0.5 per transaction. Ask in writing whether that fee applies to every sale or only to card and wallet payments. Support is listed as Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
CORN POS
Best for: restaurants in Sindh or Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that want a long feature list, including their own ordering app.
CORN, from Lahore, lists integration with FBR, SRB, PRA and KPRA, QR ordering, a branded ordering website and app, and riders with GPS tracking. It prices in US dollars per branch ($50 Starter, $130 Pro, Elite on request), so the rupee cost moves with the exchange rate, and its pricing page doesn't say which features come with which plan.
Blink
Best for: chains that want warehousing, branded ordering apps and rider management.
BlinkPOS is $25 per branch a month for Starter and $35 for Integrated, which adds Foodpanda and tax integration across FBR, SRB, PRA, BRA and KPRA. Online ordering is a separate product ($50 per branch for a website, $100 with an app), and rider management is $0.05 a ride. It takes JazzCash and, through Swich, Raast QR and bank cards. QR table ordering isn't described on its pages.
Websol Bawarchi
Best for: a basic counter till at the lowest starting price.
Bawarchi starts from Rs 1,500 a month with no setup charge. QR ordering, a paperless order app and tax integration (FBR, SRB, PRA, KPRA, BRA) are add-ons quoted on demand, so ask for a written quote for what you need.
Café QR
Best for: a restaurant or café in Punjab or Islamabad that wants everything for one rupee price, with QR ordering and Raast included.
Café QR Standard is Rs 4,999 a month for QR table and counter ordering, the kitchen screen, Raast, JazzCash and cash. Plus, at Rs 6,000, is the full POS: the till, waiter app, tabs, floor plan, bookings, kitchen screens by station and your own delivery page with no commission. Pro, at Rs 7,000, adds several branches, stock and recipes, and Foodpanda orders on the same kitchen screen. The first month is free with no card, and we set your menu up with you from a photo.
Each branch reports to PRA or FBR with the invoice number and QR code on the bill, and refunds send a credit note. It runs in the browser on the phones, tablets and laptops you already have, and the till keeps taking cash when the internet drops.
Where it falls short: Café QR isn't connected to the Sindh Revenue Board or KPRA yet, and Raast, card, tabs and QR ordering wait for the connection during an outage.
Which one is right for your restaurant?
- Lowest starting price and you only need a till: Bawarchi or Moneypex, once you have priced the add-ons.
- In Sindh or KP and need SRB or KPRA: CORN POS, Oscar or Blink.
- A chain with its own apps and riders: Blink.
- One rupee price with the till, waiter app, kitchen screens, QR ordering, Raast and PRA or FBR included: Café QR.
Whichever you shortlist, ask each vendor the ten questions on our comparison page, or try Café QR on the live demo and see the pricing.

The one that reports to your branch's tax authority, takes the payments your guests use, keeps working through load shedding and costs what you expect once add-ons are included. For a Punjab or Islamabad restaurant that wants QR ordering and Raast in one rupee price, Café QR fits; for Sindh, look at a POS that lists SRB.
How much does a restaurant POS cost in Pakistan?
Published prices range from Rs 1,500 a month (Bawarchi's starting plan) to $130 per branch (CORN Pro), before add-ons and hardware. Café QR's full POS is Rs 6,000 a month. For hardware prices, see POS machine price in Pakistan.
Which POS systems support PRA e-invoicing?
Café QR, Moneypex, Oscar, CORN, Blink (Integrated plan) and Bawarchi (as an add-on) all list PRA. Read what PRA means for restaurants for how it works.
