Sales tax and service charge

What's added to the bill, and how it shows to guests.

  1. 1Open Settings, then Tax, tips & service.
  2. 2Set your tax rate (for card and digital payments) and, if you charge a different rate for cash, the cash tax rate. In Punjab that's 8% and 16%.
  3. 3Set the tax name guests see on the bill, e.g. VAT, GST or Sales tax.
  4. 4If your menu prices are before tax (most Pakistani menus), untick "Menu prices already include VAT". The bill then shows the tax as its own line.
  5. 5Add a service charge % if you have one. It appears as its own line.
