Café QR is built and run from Liverpool, so setup calls happen in UK hours and we can visit in person when a café would rather be walked through it than emailed a guide.

Long dwell time is an opportunity, not a cost
Leeds cafés in Chapel Allerton, Headingley and around Call Lane carry a lot of laptop trade — guests who sit for two or three hours over what is often a single drink. The usual complaint is that they occupy a table without spending.
In practice they frequently would spend again, but will not pack up a laptop and leave it unattended to queue. Ordering from the table removes that specific obstacle, which is why second orders are where table ordering tends to pay for itself.

The weekday lunch compression
Around the city centre offices, a large share of the day's covers arrive inside about ninety minutes. Guests are on a fixed break and will leave a long queue rather than be late back.
Orders placed from the table are already paid and already queued when they reach the counter, so the constraint moves to how fast the kitchen and the machine can work rather than how fast one person can take payments.

What it costs, plainly
£29 per café per month after a 14-day free trial, with no card required to start and no setup fee. We charge no platform fee or per-order commission.
Stripe's standard card processing charges apply to guest orders and are paid to Stripe, not to us. Your café connects its own Stripe account and remains the merchant.
