QR ordering system for US coffee shops
Guests scan a code on the table, order and pay from their own phone, and the ticket lands on a screen behind the bar. $39 per shop, per month — and we never take a cut of an order.

Where we are
Setup is a screen-share rather than a site visit: we build your menu from a photo of it, mint your table codes and stay on the call while you put a test order through. Your café's own clock drives opening hours and daily takings, so nothing runs on UK time.
01
Tips are part of the order, not an afterthought
Tipping is structural in American service work in a way it is not in most of the world, and a QR flow that treats it as optional plumbing costs your baristas real money. Café QR asks for the tip on the payment screen, before the guest has put the phone down.
The tip goes to the shop's own Stripe account with the rest of the order. We do not touch it, hold it, or take a percentage of it — the money moves from the guest to you, and how it reaches your staff stays your decision and your payroll's.
- Tip prompt on the checkout screen, switchable per shop
- Apple Pay and Google Pay, so it is one thumb press
- Tips are excluded from any platform fee, because there isn't one
02
Sales tax is added at checkout, not buried in the menu price
American menu prices are quoted before tax, and the rate depends on the state and often the county. That is the opposite of how European systems assume prices work, which is why imported ordering tools tend to show a guest the wrong total.
Set your rate once and mark prices as tax-exclusive. The menu shows the price your board shows, and the tax appears as its own line at checkout where a US guest expects to find it. The receipt breaks it out.
03
What a percentage actually costs you
Most QR ordering products, and every delivery app, charge a share of each order. On a shop doing three hundred drinks a day, a two per cent cut is real money leaving every single day, and it grows precisely as you get busier.
Café QR is $39 a month whether you sell thirty drinks or three thousand. Card processing is Stripe's standard published rate, paid to Stripe — your shop connects its own Stripe account and remains the merchant of record, so payouts land in your bank on Stripe's schedule and not ours.
- No per-order commission, at any volume
- You are the merchant; we never hold your money
- 14-day free trial, cancel before day 14 and you are not charged
