Your order

After you place an order, you'll see a confirmation page. Your order is accepted once it shows as received there. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if something has run out or we're about to close; if we do, we'll refund anything you've paid.

Prices and payment

Prices, and any taxes and charges are shown before you place your order. You can pay when you collect or receive your order, where we offer it.

Collection

For collection, come to us at the time shown on your order.

Allergies

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, contact us before you order so we can tell you what's in our food. Ask us at the counter.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of the part of the UK where we are based. If you live in another part of the UK, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
